Explore Spring Migration at Ninepipe!
Join Holy Spirit’s Creation Care Ministry for a morning of birdwatching at the beautiful Ninepipe Fish & Wildlife Area in the Mission Valley. This rich wetlands habitat attracts a wide variety of migrating waterfowl, shorebirds, and songbirds — a perfect chance to experience spring on the move.
We’ll meet in the church parking lot at 8:00 a.m. and carpool to the refuge. We’ll have bird books, some binoculars, and a spotting scope to share.
What to bring:
Lunch, water, and a camp chair if you’d like — facilities at the site are limited to an outhouse.
After bird viewing, you’re welcome to join optional side trips to the Ninepipes Museum of Early Montana or the CSKT Bison Range (both require an entrance fee).
