Why do we vaccinate?
Join us for a timely conversation exploring the social contract and its connection to vaccination. We'll view Shot in the Arm, a recent documentary by Academy Award-nominee Scott Hamilton Kennedy that examines vaccine hesitancy, public trust, and how communities respond to health crises.
The film looks at the Covid-19 pandemic, which claimed more than 15 million lives worldwide, and the rapid development of vaccines that saved just as many. It also considers how shared responsibility and clear communication can strengthen public health.
All are welcome. Beverages and snacks will be available, and you're invited to stay for conversation afterward.
