Food Waste and How to Avoid It
Wednesday, April 15 • 6:30–8:00 p.m. • Parish Hall
As part of Holy Spirit's ongoing focus on food this year, the Creation Care Ministry invites you to an evening exploring the issue of food waste—why it happens, what it costs us, and how our community is working to reduce it. This program builds on a rich season of learning that has included regenerative agriculture, film discussions, gardening workshops, book studies, fasting practices, and our continuing partnership with the Missoula Food Bank.
If the food wasted in our country were redirected, no one would go hungry. Our panel will help us understand the scope of the problem, its causes, and the creative solutions emerging in Missoula.
