Support families starting fresh
Family Promise has expanded beyond housing and feeding homeless families at the Meadowlark and helping them find housing. It now supports and helps stabilize them during the first year in housing. Part of this support takes the form of kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom supplies for people who have had to do without these, living in their cars, in shelters, or with friends. We at Holy Spirit can help provide such supplies, either by purchasing them or streamlining what we have at home to donate unneeded items. A list of supplies will be in the back of the sanctuary for anyone interested to pick up or available on the church website. Your donations can be dropped off at the church office or given to me. I will be happy to pick them up. Thanks for your generosity and care.
