Sock and Underwear Drive - Extended through July 28

You still have time to donate those all-important new packages of socks and underwear for children ages 4-12! Because of the church construction and off-site picnic, we've decided to extend the collection deadline through Sunday, July 28.
The Gary Turbak Memorial Back to School Clothing Project has been held at St. Paul Lutheran Church since 1987. Families who have been referred by social service agencies in the Missoula Valley come to a church "store" where each child gets to select a pair of new jeans and a top, a pair of shoes plus a whole package each of socks and underwear. Holy Spirit is proud to be one of the participating churches donating whole, unopened packages of socks and underwear. The drive will be held daily through Sunday, July 28. Because of the courtyard construction project, we have placed a collection bin inside Archer's Grizzly Boot (thank you, Carl!) next to the back of the church parking lot; the shop is open weekdays 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2-5:30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. On Sundays, you can bring your donations to church and place them in a bin under the coat hangers. Thanks so much for helping to send all children off to school in a brand new outfit, from the inside out!
