Attending worship services is a wonderful and central way to experience the Episcopal Church and our blend of tradition and music, scripture and reason. We are rooted in the beauty of our historical setting, but open to the world around us. We rely on our ancient liturgies as we also make room for new expressions and insights. Join us!

Worship Schedule
Our Summer Worship Schedule, June 1 - August 31
We have set June 1 through September 1, 2025 as our summer season where we turn to one regular worship service at 10:15 a.m. There will also be a time for quiet individual prayer in the church from 9:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. as was done last year.
We are encouraging folks to "come as they are" during summer, realizing that our summers have been getting hotter annually and that some may go out to enjoy outdoor activities directly after the service. All clergy and leaders in the service will do the same, with clergy also donning their priest or deacon stole as appropriate.
Starting June 1, we will also distribute communion from the base of the chancel steps, on the main floor. The priest will offer the bread at the center aisle with a chalice for intinction only on either side. We bring the sacrament to anyone in the pews who needs to receive it there.
A Coffee/Fellowship Hour will follow the 10:15 a.m. service in the parish hall.
We'll return to two services (8 a.m. and 10:15 a.m.) on Sunday, September 7th.
Our Regular Sunday Worship Schedule:
- We gather at 8 a.m. on Sundays from September through Pentecost for a service of the spoken word with Holy Eucharist. This service is quiet and contemplative, and is not livestreamed.
- We gather at 10:15 on Sundays throughout the year for a service that features music, our Holy Spirit Choir, and Holy Eucharist. This service is livestreamed on our church YouTube channel here. A Coffee/Fellowship Hour follows each 10:15 a.m. service in the Parish Hall.
- Each 10:15 service includes a "step-out" worship for children based on Godly Play. Children gather before the readings and return at announcements. Ushers can share all the details and it's easy to join in. About Children and Worship
Eucharist (or Communion) is received at the altar rail (standing or kneeling), and sometimes at the base of the chancel steps when appropriate. We bring the sacrament to anyone in the pews who needs to receive it there.
What to expect at the service:
- We invite you to experience our liturgy with an easy-to-follow service leaflet. We encourage the use of a phone or tablet to follow along in the service leaflet as part of our stewardship of Creation. Paper copies are available, with a "large print" option, as well.
- At Communion, typically two chalices are offered, one for those who prefer to drink from the chalice and one for those who prefer to intinct, or dip the host into the wine.
- The 10:15 a.m. service is livestreamed. Just click the link under "Sunday Worship" at the top of this page to be connected to this service, beginning at 10:15 a.m.
- Can't watch at that time? Don't worry! Services are archived and available on the church YouTube page here.
Dedicating Altar Flowers

Flowers can be given in honor of or in memory of loved ones, or in thanksgiving for a special event in your life. Please let us know and your dedication will be printed in the Sunday service leaflet.
