This reflection layers the Holy Family’s story onto contemporary news and stories of hope from the borderlands. Knowing that the story of Jesus begins with fear and flight helps us understand that the story of the Holy Family is truly the story of the human family, and it brings meaning to our partnership with the Rio Grande Borderland Ministries.
