We Are The Church
More frequently I hear young adults struggling with their church life. Usually it is around worship and doctrine, and they often have a hard time with both. I spend a lot of my time processing these issues with them and helping them find a way to stay engaged with the community. Below is a recent article written by our Friends in Need intern, Keenan, who spent a year in South Africa with the ELCA Young Adults in Global Mission. His remarks reflect the growing sentiment that I hear from many of his peers:
